Elnora Brown Manor II is a Residential Care Home for the Elderly licensed with the California Department of Social Services Community Care Licensing Division. Elnora Brown Manor II was established based on the belief that our mature senior population’s housing and care needs are of the utmost importance in our society today. Our entire staff is committed to meeting those needs. The home serves a maximum of 6 residents with a staff of 2 caregivers providing 24 hour care 7 days a week. We believe that everyone, no matter how old has an inalienable right to decent, affordable housing and assistance to insure a quality of life that our great country has represented for generations. It should be no different today. We are committed to sustaining that right by providing a much needed service to the community. As a result, a high percentage of our business comes from repeat customers and referrals.
